This Agreement is entered into between Double V Real Estate LLC, an Arizona limited liability company (“Company”), and the undersigned individual (“Referral Partner” or “Contractor”), effective as of the date of enrollment in the Referral Partner Program.
1. Role and Scope of Work
The Contractor agrees to act solely as a Referral Partner for the Company. As a Referral Partner, the Contractor’s role is limited to referring potential clients (buyers or sellers) to the Company or other approved agents.
The Contractor may not:
   •   Transact any real estate business on behalf of the Company.
   •   Represent buyers or sellers in any capacity.
   •   Negotiate, list, or market real estate transactions.
All real estate-related business must be conducted by licensed real estate professionals appointed by the Company.
2. Referrals
1. Referrals to the Company: All referrals made by the Contractor must be submitted directly to the Company via the designated referral system (e.g., Agent Dashboard).
2. Referrals to Outside Agents: If the Contractor wishes to refer a client to an agent outside of the Company’s network, the Contractor must secure a 30% referral fee for the Company from the outside agent’s commission. The referral must be approved in writing by the Company, and documentation of the referral agreement must be provided and a HUD1 settlement statement from the title company upon closing.
3. Compensation
Upon successful completion of a real estate transaction initiated through a referral, the Contractor will be compensated as follows:
   •   Referral Fee: The Contractor will receive 90%-95% of the referral fee earned by the Company, based on the Contractor’s selected plan. The remaining percentage will be retained by the Company as an administrative fee.
Payments will be made after the transaction closes and referral fees are collected from the cooperating brokerage. A completed W-9 form must be submitted to the Company for payment.
4. Independent Contractor Relationship
The Contractor acknowledges and agrees that they are an independent contractor and not an employee of the Company. As such:
   •   The Contractor is responsible for any taxes, insurance, and expenses incurred.
   •   The Contractor must maintain an active real estate license with the Arizona Department of Real Estate (ADRE) or another state’s equivalent.
   •   The Contractor is responsible for completing continuing education and meeting any other requirements necessary to maintain their real estate license.
5. Term and Termination
This Agreement will remain in effect as long as the Contractor remains in the Referral Partner Program and maintains an active real estate license. The Agreement may be terminated by either party at any time, with or without cause, by providing written notice.
6. Legal Compliance
The Contractor agrees to comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including those governing real estate transactions and referral practices in Arizona.
7. Entire Agreement
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Contractor and the Company regarding the Referral Partner Program. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
By enrolling as a Referral Partner and submitting payment, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Independent Contractor Agreement. Agent acknowledges that the $297 fee is non-refundable.
